The kitchen at the Janesville Masonic Center was required by the City of Janesville to install a grease trap on the dish washer. The project required removal of the dish washer, cutting the floor and removal of the concrete. it was found that there were electrical conduit in the area of the floor and had to be rerouted to allow for the drain pipes. The grease trap was place under a table so as not to be walking on the top of the grease trap. The concrete was reinstalled and new floor tile installed and grouted. The dish washer was reinstalled with the stainless steel work tray resealed to the wall. The work table and other movable items from the kitchen returned and cleaned. The project cost was $12,000 plus for the little use of the dishwasher.
